How does it work?

 

Felaqua Connect links to the Sure Petcare app through the Sure Petcare Hub or connector. Simply plug the Hub or connector into your home router and connect up to 10 Sure Petcare connected smart products, such as the SureFlap Connect pet door or SureFeed Connect microchip feeder.

FREE ACCESS

Felaqua Connect has free access, which means any pet can use it. However, the integrated microchip reader will recognize pets individually to monitor each pet’s water consumption.

DOWNLOAD THE SURE PETCARE APP

Download the app, link the Hub to Felaqua Connect and then follow the guide that will appear on the screen. If you already have a connected Sure Petcare product, simply add it to your household.

REGISTER YOUR PET’S MICROCHIP

Once you’ve downloaded the app, it will walk you through a step-by-step setup to register and store your cat’s microchip ID on the device.

YOUR CAT CAN NOW DRINK!

Place Felaqua Connect in a quiet place with little movement, as this will encourage your cat to drink from it.
